Sound Bath in the Tiffany Gallery at Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington
Join us for this lovely and relaxing event: a sound bath in the wondrous Tiffany Gallery.
Emme Day will use a variety of sound instruments, including chimes, crystal quartz, and tibetan sound bowls, to bathe you in beautiful sounds as you lay comfortably on a yoga mat.
This will take place in the Tiffany Gallery, which hosts a wall of original Louis Comfort Tiffany stained glass windows that glow brilliantly in the afternoon light. Tea will be served after.
No prior experience required. $22 to attend.
Bring your own yoga mat for and a journal for time to creatively reflect at the end.
